Refund and Return Policy

Products can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- The customer is responsible for shipping fees for all returned items in advance.
- The shipping representative will collect the products from the customer within 3 business days.
- Quality inspection will occur within 48 hours of receiving the products from the shipping company.
- Parcels and packaging materials must be in their original condition.
- Products must not be opened.
- An invoice must be issued for any product requests erroneously shipped within one day of delivery.
Products can be returned for a refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt if they are defective, not as described, or not fit for purpose as contracted.
You are not allowed to return or exchange any of the following products:
- Previously used, damaged, or in a different condition from what was received.
- Products without their serial number or tampered with.
- Products not eligible for return due to health reasons.
- Products opened after delivery.
- Products mixed with other items after delivery.
