Refund and Return Policy
- Products can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- The customer is responsible for shipping fees for all returned items in advance.
- The shipping representative will collect the products from the customer within 3 business days.
- Quality inspection will occur within 48 hours of receiving the products from the shipping company.
- Parcels and packaging materials must be in their original condition.
- Products must not be opened.
- An invoice must be issued for any product requests erroneously shipped within one day of delivery.
- Products can be returned for a refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt if they are defective, not as described, or not fit for purpose as contracted.
- You are not allowed to return or exchange any of the following products:
- Previously used, damaged, or in a different condition from what was received.
- Products without their serial number or tampered with.
- Products not eligible for return due to health reasons.
- Products opened after delivery.
- Products mixed with other items after delivery.

- The refunded amount will be returned using the original payment method.
